What can I expect during my first time window cleaning?

First we'll assess the condition of your window panes before we perform a gentle deep scrub to remove debris. We do this to ensure that we get your windows as clear as possible while minimizing the risk of scratches. After all of the dirt is removed, we will proceed to clean the frames and detail your windows to ensure a streak-free shine. 

Once we've completed the service, we'll do a walkthrough of our work together to ensure you're 100% satisfied before we conclude our service. 


How often should I have my windows cleaned? 

We recommend window cleanings quarterly (four times a year) but we also provide services annually, bi-annually, monthly, and every other month as needed. 

Will you clean in bad weather? 

We perform in most types of weather. We don't clean exterior windows on extremely stormy/snowy days to ensure we can continue to provide quality results.

Can you remove hard water?

Yes, we can remove hard water for a varying fee due to the corrosive solution and care required to remove accumulated hard water deposits.
